We’re seeking caring and proactive Support Workers to join our team in Aylesbury. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide person-centred support to adults with mental health challenges, helping them build confidence, independence, and overall well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide emotional and practical support to adults with mental health needs
Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and meal preparation
Promote social inclusion by encouraging involvement in community activities
Work closely with a supportive team to create a positive, empowering environment
Use basic kitchen skills to help with meal planning and preparation
Approach challenges with problem-solving and a proactive attitude

What We’re Looking For
A compassionate, proactive approach to supporting adults with mental health needs
Understanding of mental health conditions and effective support methods
Experience with cooking or kitchen tasks (preferred)
Ability to deliver respectful, empowering, person-centred care
Flexibility to work a range of shifts
Previous experience in social care or healthcare (desirable but not essential)
A driving licence (preferred)
