Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support with everyday living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
  • Build meaningful relationships by providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing.
  • Promote independence by supporting individuals to participate in community activities, attend appointments, and maintain active lifestyles.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using safe Moving and Handling practices, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of those you support.
  • Provide effective support to individuals who may exhibit behaviours of concern, using a calm, patient, and professional approach.
  • Empower clients to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maximise their independence and quality of life.
What We're Looking For
  • All Wales Manual Handling Passport - Essential
  • Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
  • A caring, patient and professional attitude
  • Reliability and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
