Completely Care is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our growing agency team, supporting a range of well-established nurseries across Bristol.

The Role
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 05 years.
You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide high-quality care and support that meets the individual needs of each child.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Support childrens learning, development, and emotional wellbeing through play and structured activities.
- Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain outstanding childcare standards.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.
- Adapt confidently to different nursery settings, routines, and teams.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a related field (essential).
- Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience within a nursery or early years setting.
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to integrate quickly into new environments and work independently when required.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
