The RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare and early years education within safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Promoting learning through play in line with EYFS
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
You will work across a variety of nursery settings in Basingstoke, gaining valuable experience while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, flexible, and professional approach
A Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent is desirable, though experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
