The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will support children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, helping them learn, develop, and thrive through play and structured activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily nursery routines and activities
- Supporting children's learning through play-based experiences
- Helping create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment
- Supporting meal times, outdoor play, and personal care routines
- Building positive relationships with children and staff
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
You will work across a variety of nursery settings in Andover, gaining valuable experience while enjoying flexible working hours.
