We're recruiting Support Workers to join a Community Short Breaks service supporting children and young people aged 0–19 with disabilities and additional learning needs across Buckinghamshire. What You'll Be Doing Supporting children and young people in group and 1:1 sessions Taking part in fun community activities, days out, and venue-based sessions Encouraging independence, confidence, and social skills Supporting communication, wellbeing, and positive behaviour Helping with personal care where needed Keeping young people safe and supported at all times Working closely with a friendly, supportive team What We're Looking For A positive, caring, and energetic approach Passion for working with children and young people Experience in care, education, youth work, or SEND (desirable but not essential) Good teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends and school holidays A calm, patient, and reliable attitude What's in It for You?
