- No experience needed beginners are very welcome!
- A caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for childcare and Early Years development
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check (if not already held)
- Flexibility and confidence in building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
