Completely Care is looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join our agency team, with opportunities available across Kettering and the surrounding areas.

THE ROLE
As a Residential Support Worker, you may be supporting children, young people or adults depending on the service. Duties can include:
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal care
- Promoting independence, confidence and life skills
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours
- Encouraging participation in activities and community opportunities
- Following care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
- Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and providing clear handovers
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for reliable and caring Support Workers who have:
- Previous experience within residential care or social care
- A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable people
- A calm, patient and professional approach
- Confidence working with challenging or complex needs
