We are looking for caring, patient and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting children and young people within a specialist residential setting near Witney. This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to work with young people who benefit from consistent, compassionate and person-centred support, helping them feel safe, develop their independence and enjoy positive experiences every day.
THE ROLE
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the young people
- Provide day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support
- Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
- Support young people to take part in activities and enjoy new experiences
- Follow individual care and support plans
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work as part of a supportive and professional team
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals
- Complete accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

- Available to work at least one weekend day
