We are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate carers looking for flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering compassionate, person-centred care and support to service users.
  • Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures in accordance with individual care plans and health and safety guidelines.
  • Administering medication accurately and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Observing, monitoring, and documenting residents wellbeing, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of care.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and adhering to personalised care plans to ensure high standards of support.
