Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support with everyday living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Build meaningful relationships by providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing.
- Promote independence by supporting individuals to participate in community activities, attend appointments, and maintain active lifestyles.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using safe Moving and Handling practices, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and safety of those you support.
- Provide effective support to individuals who may exhibit behaviours of concern, using a calm, patient, and professional approach.
- Empower clients to achieve their personal goals, develop life skills, and maximise their independence and quality of life.
What We're Looking For
- All Wales Manual Handling Passport - Essential
- Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
