Looking for a meaningful role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to work with children, young people, and adults with complex needs, including neurodiversity (such as autism and ADHD) and learning disabilities, across a variety of settings.
The role
- Supporting children, young people, and adults with day-to-day routines, including personal care
- Providing tailored support for individuals with complex needs and neurodiverse conditions
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and the development of life skills
- Supporting access to education, activities, and the wider community
- Following individual support plans and working closely with a supportive team
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and person-centred environment
About you
- Caring, patient, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting others
- Comfortable working with children and young people with complex needs and neurodiversity
- Flexible to work a range of shifts (days, evenings, and nights)
- Experience is beneficial, but not essential – full training provided
- Strong communication skills and a calm, resilient approach
- Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
