Support worker - Cwmbran

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re working with a well‑respected care provider in Cwmbran to recruit a kind, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in their homes and out in the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing personal, practical, and emotional support in service users’ homes
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in accessing community activities
• Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
• Assisting with day‑to‑day tasks such as meal prep, personal care, and medication
• Encouraging social inclusion and building confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – Preferable
• 6 months UK based experience in care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• A team player who’s also confident working independently
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high‑quality care
