Completely care is working with a well established care and support company to find dedicated agency support workers, with the All Wales manual handling passport, in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Support clients with mobility issues, including heavy lifting when required.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events to promote well-being.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supported living environment
- All Wales manual handling passport is required
- Enhanced DBS
- Positive and friendly attitude
