Completely care is working with a well established care and support company to find dedicated agency support workers, with the all wales manual handling passport, in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. Duties:
Provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
Support clients with mobility issues, including heavy lifting when required.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events to promote well-being.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supported living environment
All Wales manual handling passport is required
Enhanced DBS
