We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join our Oxford team, providing essential support in residential settings.
What You Will Do
- Provide direct care and support to children and young people in residential settings
- Assist with daily routines, personal care, and social activities
- Support individuals in developing life skills and fostering independence
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
- Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding requirements
About You
- Experience with children and young people with autism or learning differences (preferred but not essential)
- Caring, patient, and empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
