We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join our Oxford team, providing essential support in residential settings.

What You Will Do

  • Provide direct care and support to children and young people in residential settings
  • Assist with daily routines, personal care, and social activities
  • Support individuals in developing life skills and fostering independence
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding requirements

About You

  • Experience with children and young people with autism or learning differences (preferred but not essential)
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Flexibility to work day and night shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
