What You’ll Do
- Provide high‑quality person‑centred care and emotional support during sleep‑in and waking night shifts
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks as needed overnight
- Promote independence, safety, and dignity throughout the night
- Monitor and respond to service users’ needs while ensuring a calm and supportive environment
- Accurately record and report overnight care and any incidents
What We’re Looking For
- All Wales Manual Handling Passport – Essential
- Minimum 6 months UK‑based care/support experience
- Caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Reliability and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently overnight and as part of a wider team
- Flexibility to cover sleep‑in and waking night shifts
