About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader / Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established early years setting in Carterton. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role where you will support both children’s development and your team’s performance. Working closely with senior management, you will help maintain high standards of care, education, and compliance while creating a positive and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
