We are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in Oxford working across Oxfordshire. The salary is up to £47,000 depending on experience; this is a very rewarding role with many benefits.
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to a minimum of two of the following areas of expertise:
- Autism and learning disabilities
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Mental Health
You will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
About You
We are looking for an extraordinary Service Manager with a commitment to high-quality support and focus on personalization to join us as an Interim Support Service Manager for our Supported Living Homes in Oxfordshire.
What will you be doing?
As an Interim Support Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the provision of extraordinary and person-centred support that improves the quality of everyday life and the achievement of individual goals, however small or large, each and every day. You will be supporting in the management of over 1000 hours in various locations in Oxfordshire. Each home has a Senior and/or Deputy Manager to support with the management of the homes.
You’ll be a proven manager with an NVQ 5 in Care and Management or hold an equivalent qualification or have equivalent management experience and experience of working with people with autism and behaviour support needs. You’ll be passionate about providing quality care and personalized services with the ability to drive improvement within budgetary controls. An understanding and knowledge of the principles of positive behaviour support, autism, relevant legislation, and CQC standards will be essential for this role.
In addition, you’ll possess a current driving licence with the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on-call to provide emergency support including evenings and weekends.
