About the Role
- Supporting residents with household routines and daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and helping build essential life skills

- Managing and responding to challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
- Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment tailored to individual needs
This flexible temporary role is ideal for those with care experience who want varied shifts and the opportunity to develop specialist skills in autism support.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 months’ experience in care or support work
- Certificated social care training
- Knowledge or experience of autism support and challenging behaviour
- Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
