We are a dedicated recruitment agency looking for caring and committed care and support workers to join our growing team in Pembroke!
Day‑to‑day duties
- Personal Care: Support with hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
- Daily Living: Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe home.
- Medication: Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
- Community Access: Accompany clients to activities, appointments, and shopping.
- Relationships: Build trust, offer companionship, and support emotional wellbeing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily notes, incidents, and health records.
Requirements
- 6 months UK based experience in a care or support role
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving licence is an advantage
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
