We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people in a residential setting in Oxford. The Role

  • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and support
  • Support children and young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working with vulnerable children and young people
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and residential care standards
  • Confident, resilient, and able to lead shifts effectively
  • Flexible to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
