We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Project Worker to join our team in central Oxford, providing vital support to individuals in need. As a Project Worker, you will play a key role in helping people to maintain their independence, manage their daily lives, and achieve their goals. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in your community, with full‑time hours available, Monday to Friday, 9:00‑17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support to service users, enabling them to live independently and participate in their local community.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social services, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Assist service users with daily tasks, such as budgeting, shopping, and household management.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in a support or care environment, preferably in a housing support setting.
- Ability to work flexibly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to use electronic care records and other digital systems.
- A patient, empathetic, and non‑judgmental approach, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality support.
