Completely Care is currently recruiting experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly agency team, supporting well‑established nurseries across Bristol. As a qualified nursery practitioner you will deliver high‑quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years, providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. You will support children to learn, develop and reach their full potential while working flexibly within agency shifts.
The Role
As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to learn, develop, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Provide high‑quality care and support tailored to individual children’s needs.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent childcare standards.
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Confidently step into different settings and adapt quickly to new teams and routines.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
- Minimum 6 months’ recent UK experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to get stuck in straight away and work independently when required.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
