We are currently recruiting passionate and experienced Nursery Nurses (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join our team in Pontypool. This is a fantastic opportunity for early years professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in a safe, stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, caring, and secure environment for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Work effectively as part of a team to support children’s development and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily activities.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- A valid and enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
