We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Temporary Domiciliary Care Workers in Rhondda Cynon Taff. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support and companionship to adults in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Travel safely between clients’ homes, with paid time included
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks
  • Assist with moving and handling, using equipment such as hoists safely
  • Administer medication (if trained)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Promote independence and dignity for clients

Requirements:

  • 6 months previous UK care/support experience
  • Experience with moving and handling, using equipment such as hoists
  • Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Driving license and vehicle preferred
  • SCW Registration
