We are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate carers looking for flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.

Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users
  • Assisting with moving and handling in line with care plans and safety procedures
  • Administering medication in line with policies and procedures
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
  • Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
  • Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ UK-based care experience
  • Experience with moving and handling
  • A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Good communication skills
