We have partnered with one of Oxfordshire's leading disability charities to find the best Support Workers in the county. We are looking for Support Workers in Carterton for full-time positions, with a salary starting at £24,000. This is a highly rewarding role with many benefits.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals with varying levels of personal care, as well as eating and drinking, shopping, and household tasks.
- Engage in fun and fulfilling activities, including music, cinema, theatre trips, days out, and holidays.
- Ensure everyone has varied and exciting experiences while joining in and receiving free meals with the household.
Qualifications
- Ideally, a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable and flexible with shifts.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
