Role Overview
Completely Care is recruiting compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers in Carterton to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves supporting clients with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
- Assist with meals, medication and household tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Encourage independence and meaningful activities.
- Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.
- Monitor and report changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Skills & Experience
We welcome applications from experienced Domiciliary Care Workers, Support Workers, Care Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Dementia Care Workers.
Candidates should be caring, reliable and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
