We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established supported living provider for enthusiastic and compassionate Community Support Workers in the Caldicot area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently, access their local community, and enjoy meaningful activities and experiences.

Requirements- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK care/support setting
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
