Completely Care is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work within nursery settings in Burton Latimer and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic professional who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to children
- Planning and delivering engaging age-appropriate activities
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment
- Working effectively as part of a supportive nursery team
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to support children's individual needs and development
