Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help clients maintain their independence and well-being
- Support clients in community activities and appointments
- Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
- Support individuals who present with challenging behaviour, using a calm, professional, and person-centred approach
Requirements
- At least 6 months of UK-based experience in care and support work
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
