Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, while respecting individual needs, preferences, and choices.
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
- Support individuals to maintain and develop independence by enabling access to community activities, social events, and appointments.
- Work effectively with individuals who may present behaviours of concern, responding with patience, empathy, and professionalism to ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Encourage and empower clients to achieve their personal goals and aspirations, promoting confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months’ UK-based care or support experience.
- A caring, patient, and professional approach to supporting others.
- Strong reliability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required.
