We’re looking for a compassionate Housing Support Officer to work with people who have experienced homelessness and are now living in independent accommodation across Bicester. You’ll provide person‑centred, trauma‑informed support, help clients move on to suitable long‑term housing, and work closely with partner agencies to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individuals with a range of needs, including substance use and mental health.
- Creating support plans, completing risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Helping clients transition into new accommodation and build independence.
- Ensuring properties remain safe and welcoming.
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults (homelessness, housing, or social care).
