We’re looking for a confident, engaging and reliable Support Worker to support a young adult living independently in the Reading area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside people and helping them get the most out of life.
The young adult has autism and a mental health condition but is independent, active and enjoys life. You’ll be providing the right level of support, encouragement and companionship while helping them maintain their independence.
