Role Description

Please note: This is an office-based role located in Romsey, Hampshire. We ask that all applicants ensure they are within a reasonable commuting distance before applying. At Complete, we are building a business that is increasingly aligned, scalable, commercially focused, and operationally cohesive. As the organisation continues to grow, this role sits at the centre of enabling leadership effectiveness, operational coordination, and business flow.

This is a highly integrated role that combines executive support and operational coordination. The role requires someone who can think proactively, manage complexity calmly, build trusted relationships across the business, and ensure priorities, people, and delivery remain aligned. Success in this role comes from being highly organised, commercially aware, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate needs before they become problems. The role acts as a central connector across leadership, practitioners, and operational delivery to help ensure the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

  • Location: Romsey, Hampshire
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Pattern: Predominantly office-based β€” candidates must be within comfortable commuting distance of Romsey, Hampshire. Following a successful probation period, some home working flexibility (2–3 days per week) may be available.
