We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join a growing and friendly housekeeping business based in Redhill. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the operation, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting both customers and field teams.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the business
- Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams efficiently

- Handle incoming calls from both existing and prospective customers
- Support sales by booking quotes and converting enquiries
- Manage payments, banking, and assist with credit control
- Prepare payroll data and support monthly payroll processes
- Order and maintain stock, equipment, and office supplies
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and security procedures
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Provide cover for the business owner when required
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experienced in administration and office management
- Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- A team player who contributes to a positive working environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and spoken English
- Salary of £29,000 per year
