Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a CNC Turner to join our leading client based near Warrington on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be time served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications.

Candidates will be required to programme, set and operate a range of CNC Millers utilising Fanuc controls. Candidates with experience using Mazatrol will also be considered. Candidates will have worked with a variety of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Plastics such as PTFE.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 and Friday 07:00 - 13:00. Overtime paid at premium rates.

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience working within a machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances.
  • The ability to programme, set and operate CNC Lathes utilising Fanuc controls.
  • The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.

Candidate Skills:

  • Ideally time-served with demonstrable experience programming and operating CNC Lathes working to very tight tolerances.
  • Experience programming using Fanuc controls; experience with Mazatrol controls will also be considered.
  • Experience working with a range of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Plastics such as PTFE.
