Our Client, a leading and expanding Refrigeration and A/C business are looking to recruit an experienced Service Co-ordinator to join the business on a permanent basis at their site near Wakefield. For the right candidate, there is potential for this role to expand as the business continues to grow.

The role will entail dealing with customers, arranging and managing the diaries of service engineers, liaising with senior managers and scheduling jobs as and when required. You will also be required to process parts enquiries.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role working within the Refrigeration / Facilities Maintenance industry. The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment is a must. Experience working with Clik/ Sage software would be advantageous.

Hours - Monday - Friday 8 - 4.30PM - opportunity for Part Time is also available.

Role description:
  • Managing diaries and scheduling works for service engineers.
  • Liaising with customers and scheduling of jobs.
  • Managing the paperwork of the department including matching all service reports to sales invoices.
  • Raising sales invoices for maintenance and service jobs.
  • Stock control for key service parts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience arranging engineers diaries and scheduling of jobs (essential).
  • Good telephone manner (experience dealing with customers is essential).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel etc.).
  • Experience with Clik/ Sage would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role working within a fast-paced environment.
