Our client, a leading manufacturer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced NDT Technician on a permanent basis due to continued growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an inspection role in an engineering/manufacturing environment, with experience in carrying out NDT testing (DPI/Visual inspection).
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 16:30
Role Description:
- Carry out required NDT Test (DPI/Visual Inspection of pipe welds).
- Ensure all components are to correct quality standards of manufacture & testing.
- Complete all necessary documentation according to the requirements (including time sheets, ECN, NCR, etc.).
- Internal/external expediting.
- Coordination of NDT testing with 3rd party companies.
Skills & Attributes:
- Previous experience within an Inspection role involving NDT.
- PCN qualified in DPI and Visual Inspection.
- Ability to prioritise workload and effectively coordinate with 3rd parties.
- Excellent communication skills.
