Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialist equipment are looking to recruit for an Engineering Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to lead a team of 4 multi-discipline design engineers in the delivery of projects, leading the team on New Designs and allocation of resource against production plans while working closely with the manufacturing manager to ensure on time delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a lead role managing design teams in a medium to heavy manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient manufacture of complex components on time, to budget and to the high-quality standards required. This role is a great opportunity for a driven manager to join an established business and provides a great opportunity to develop and mentor a team of experienced engineers. Hours 8 4.30 Mon Thursday / Friday 0800 3.15 This role is available for an immediate start and will be based in York.
