We are looking for an experienced fettler / grinder to join a busy manufacturing business in Oldham. This is a permanent role available for an immediate start. The successful candidate will have a background working within a similar role within a fabrication-based environment.
Hours: 0730 – 15.30. OT available at premium rates and the chance to join a growing team.
The role includes:
- Grinding, finishing, and dressing fabricated components
- Removing excess material and surface imperfections
- Operating hand-held power tools and fettling equipment safely
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What we are looking for:
- Previous fettling, grinding, or metal finishing experience
