Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities, this role offers the perfect platform to make a real impact. This role will require travel both in the UK and across Europe; therefore, a willingness to travel to client sites is a must.
About the Role

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:- Proven background in Business Development and Sales pipeline management.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and communication skills.

- Experience in negotiation and commercial discussions.
- Background in Defence or Aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and export trade controls (ITAR, government security classifications).
- Experience with engineering drawings and new product introductions.
