Cnc Miller - Double Days in Blackburn

Due to an increase in work load and continued company growth we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join our client on a permanent basis near Blackburn. Successful candidates will ideally be time served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specification. Candidates will be required to programme, set and operate CNC Millers utilising Fanuc controls therefore experience with this is a must. Hours – Monday – Friday * 06:00 – 14:15 Monday to Thursday/ 0600 – 1200 Friday * 13:45 – 22:00 Monday to Thursday / 12:00 – 18:00 Friday The Ideal candidates will have : * Setting and operating CNC millers using new and proven programs and tooling. * Fanuc based machine experience * Programming new parts using CAM software and conventional code * Manual editing of past programs to improve efficiency and lead times. * Evaluating new tooling solutions. * Running multiple machines and working with multiple materials. * Performing in process inspection using hand measuring equipment and CMM. * Maintaining the machine on a daily basis including coolant conditioning to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Candidate Skills * Time-served with demonstrable experience Setting and operating a CNC Milling machine working to very tight tolerances. * Experience using Fanuc controls to programme * Will have experience working on a range of materials including Stainless, Aluminium / Titanium This vacancy is being advertised by Complete Talent Services Ltd who are acting as an Employment Business
