We are currently recruiting for an HSEQ Coordinator to join an extremely busy and expanding Manufacturing Engineering client based in Alloa. This is a full time permanent role available for an immediate start.
Candidates must have strong people skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of staff and look to truly educate staff in relation to QHSE process. The role will primarily focus on maintenance and improvement of the ISO 9001/ISO 45001 and 14001 standards on site.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background working within a similar role with exposure to working within a Manufacturing Engineering environment with an understanding and appreciation for risk and hazards within this type of working environment. Candidates will be NEBOSH qualified with internal audit qualifications in 9001 or 45001 (Lead auditor qualifications are desirable).
Role Description
- Development and implementation of the department's strategic objectives.
- Ensure that all operations consistently exceed the standards set by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to enhance product quality.
- Formulate comprehensive audit plans and manage detailed internal, supplier, and subcontractor audits to identify gaps and evaluate the effectiveness of existing QESH management systems.
- Aid in the creation, administration, and maintenance of comprehensive QESH procedures and policies across the company to meet all applicable standards.
Skills & Attributes
- Demonstrable experience within a similar QHSE ideally within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.
- Minimum NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Internal Auditor Qualifications (9001, 14001 or 45001) - Lead auditor qualifications advantageous.
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
