What We Are Looking For

- A solid grasp of AI concepts and how they apply in practice
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple learners
- Willingness to keep learning about AI as it evolves
- Experience with e-portfolio systems (OneFile, Aptem, Magn8)
- Background in business analysis, project management, or process improvement
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or workplace AI projects

- You are on top of safeguarding and welfare responsibilities
Why This Role Matters
AI is everywhere, but most organisations are struggling to make it work. This programme exists to fix that, by developing people who can bridge the gap between AI tools and real business problems. As a coach, you will be working at the front line of that shift. You will see your apprentices go from uncertain beginners to confident practitioners who deliver measurable impact in their roles. You will help organisations get better at using AI, one learner at a time. If you want to work on something that is genuinely useful, with people who are learning fast and applying it immediately, this is it.
