Role Description
The Management Information Officer is a full-time.
In this position, the individual maintains and updates learner and organizational data across management information systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Daily tasks include extracting and analyzing data, producing regular performance and compliance reports, and supporting internal stakeholders with information requests.
The role involves working closely with training and support teams to track learner progress, identify data quality issues, and implement improvements in reporting processes.
