Job Title: Service & Maintenance Coordinator Location: Gloucestershire Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits: Life Insurance | Private Medical Insurance | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays   About Us   Our client is a well-established security and fire protection business based in Gloucestershire, with systems installed across the UK and parts of Europe. They pride themselves on installing and maintaining bespoke security and fire protection solutions using the latest proven technology.   Having grown from small beginnings into a substantial, multi-disciplined company, they've built a strong reputation for service, reliability and uncompromising expertise, earned through recommendations from satisfied customers, local authorities and business providers.   They deliver a wide range of services to clients, supported by a dedicated 24-hour service team, with a continued focus on fulfilling client requirements and expectations as the business has grown.   Our client holds leading industry accreditations for both security and fire alarm systems and is an approved installer for numerous police forces across the UK and Ireland.   The Role   This fast-paced role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to coordinate an efficient Service & Maintenance Team, providing regular liaison with clients, engineers and accounts. Full training will be given.   Main Duties Manage the diary of a team of regional service engineers Ensure service visits are completed on time and in budget Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced daily, with repeat actions booked and further work identified where required Project manage workload as requested by the coordinator Efficiently book services via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email Manage databases specific to the role Produce reports Skills Required Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential Good working knowledge of Excel and Word Organised and able to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team About You Ability to work well under pressure Proactive problem-solving abilities Able to work alone or as part of a team Excellent communication skills Excellent timekeeping Good written standards If you're an organised, proactive individual looking to join a well-established, accredited security business, apply now
