Are you a skilled Service Engineer, who has a solid understanding of high-end CCTV and Access Control? Paying up to 50k.

The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of current industry standards and regulations (e.g., BS EN 50131, PD6662, NCP 104 and NCP 109).

- Complete detailed work reports accurately and in good time.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing security systems, such as CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing enterprise level systems such as LenelS2, Gallagher, C-Cure etc.
- Experience with IP-based security systems, networks and security systems software applications.
- Relevant industry and manufacturing training is favourable.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC is favourable.
About the role:
- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and rectify faults quickly, effectively and efficiently.
- Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customer's service level agreements.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements.
- Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reactive service and planned preventive maintenance reports.
- Work closely with the service administration and engineering teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- To be available for standby on a call-out Rota, as required within the team.
- As the business grows, manage and mentor service engineering team.
Qualifications:
- BS7858 Security Screening
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check
- SC Clearance is favourable
- Full, clean driving licence
- Right to Work in the UK
