The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience working as a Security Service Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills across electronic security systems

About the role:
This role involves providing technical expertise in fault-finding and repair across a wide range of electronic security systems, from small-scale installations through to large, multi-site environments. You will work with high-end CCTV operating systems, access control, intruder, and intercom platforms, many of which operate via PC-based front ends.
You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex faults, supporting out-of-hours emergency call-outs as part of a rota, and liaising with senior engineers where required. The position also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure projects and service works are delivered in line with customer expectations, maintaining system documentation, and keeping technical knowledge current through structured training and development plans.
